Danvers Falconfest Inc

The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (or any successor provision therefore)(the code) including, but not limited to, fostering, promoting, and maintaining the civic, cultural, and historical heritage of danvers, massachusetts by promoting and sponsoring social and recreational events for residents of danvers. The mission of the corporation will be achieved by raising funds through contributions from third parties. The corporatoin may engage in any activies in furtherance of such purposes which may lawfully carried on by a corporation organized under chapter 180 of the general laws of the commonwealth and which is except from federal income tax under the code.
