Mission
Darien arts center is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, promoting and providing means of artistic expression and appreciation in dance, music, visual arts and theater for people of all ages.
Programs
3 programs
The music department provides private and group lessons for children and adults in piano, voice, violin and percussion. Students receive a foundation in classical or jazz which can later be applied to any music of interest.
The visual arts program offers various rotating classes in painting, drawing, collage, sculpture and other art techniques for children and adults in fall, spring and summer terms.
Theatre seeks to develop new works and cultivate budding talent and provide performance opportunities for all ages.
