Darke County Historical Society Endowment Fund Inc

To acquire and accept charitable gifts for the darke county historical society in order to preserve, perpetuate and advance the history of darke county, ohio and its citizens, and for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding future federal tax code.
