Darpa Exchange Organization

In May 2024, the establishment of the DARPA Exchange as a 501(c)4 (Nonprofit & tax exempt) was approved and a board selected to oversee the expenditure of funds and review/approves items sold in the Exchange. By September, by-laws, IRS EIN number, a business license, new business bank account, and all applicable documentation was completed. The board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The only operation location is the DARPA facility in Arlington, VA.
