The mission of the League shall be to foster, promote, support, augment, develop andencourage investigative knowledge in dermatologic and aesthetic surgery; to promotethe highest possible standards in clinical practice, continuing education, and research in dermatologic and aesthetic surgery; to promote the highest standards of patient care and promote the public interest relating to dermatologic and aesthetic surgery; and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and methodology for dermatologic and aesthetic surgery and its related basic sciences.
