James c. Hall family child care network- a program serving approximately 150 family child care providers in jamaica, queens, by offering the child and adult care food program, early childhood training and technical assistance in the areas of budget and program management and public relations.

The child care and adult care food program (cacfp) is a federal program that provides reimbursements for nutritious meals and snacks to eligible children and adults who are enrolled for care at participating child care centers, day care homes and adult day care centers.

Labor relations assistance services provide mediation and arbitration service to the council's member agencies that are unionized under dc 1707 and the council of supervisors and administration. In addition, the council provides training, workshops and technical assistance under the program.
