Mission
To assist individuals with disabilities through independent service coordination. Dayone pact is an illinois not-for-profit agency which provides a variety of state-funded and privately funded services to persons with disabilities and their families. Within its privately-funded division, dayone pact provides guardianship of the person and estate, advocacy services, personal and budgeting assistance, and other arrangements tailored to meet the needs of a person who may be elderly or disabled. The state-funded services work with the individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through individual service coordination and linkage and advocacy, within dupage county, kane county, kendall county and hanover township of cook county.
