(a) building the ethos of animal protection and social ties within the district of columbias animal advocacy community through education and local programming (b) equipping advocates with the tools to promote social change in support of animal welfare (c) providing resources and guidance to other organizations with the same or similar mission to advance our common goals and (d) engaging in any other activities that are appropriate and proper under section501(c)(3) of the code.
