Pro amore dei ac bought the house to be used as a homeless shelter, and the purchase was made possible through a donation of $100,000 from de colores foundation. Pro amore is a shelter dedicated to helping families. The organization brings in families so that they are not separated. Since their original shelter was too small they decided to open another one and also asked de colores foundation for help.
