The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, lititerary, scientific or educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the 'code"), including to engage in any lawful act and activity consistent with the foregoing for which corporations organized not-for-profit may be formed under the massachusetts corporation laws.
