The main mission of De Yu Spiritual Cultivation Insitute is to promote Peace, Equality and Universal Brotherhood by studying five main religions scriptures, practicing confucian teachings and engaging activities that benefit the community. In 2019, De YU set up branch in California; in 2021, it expanded to NJ.

DE YU Spiritual Cultivation Institute Grand Holy Assembly conferences were held on 05/05/2024 & 09/15/2024 in Los Angeles, CA site;5/11/2024 & 09/21/2024 in Houston, TX site; and 09/29/24 in NJ Site. Its goal is to promote a greater understanding of the Grand Salvation of the Three Worlds; to preach on the teachings of past Saints and Sages; and to cultivate the mind, body and soul. There are total 535 participants in Assembly.
