Anna waters head start: dmcoc's anna waters head start program provides comprehensive early childhood education services to 3-5 year-old children, along with case management and wrap-around supports for their families.

Senior services - this program includes a senior center that offers breakfast and lunch monday through friday, inn addition to socialization opportunities. The center also offers transportation options for seniors for rides to medical appointments, stores and pharmacies.

Community services: job training & employment readiness: dmcoc's job training and employment readiness programs prepare individuals who are unemployed or underemployed to move ahead in the workforce by paying for training programs and providing supports such as transportation and uniforms.

Housing services: housing services programming provides individuals that are unhoused with temporary shelter for 30 days while they seek to find permanent shelter, transitional housing to assist families that are unhoused for a period of up to 2 years while work to find a permanent shelter with assistance, and a permanent, supportive housing program that will provide shelter for up to 6 individuals with shelter for an indefinite period if they qualify for services.
