Leadercast defiance and leadership defiance county are events allowing community leaders and community members the opportunity to listen to and learn from some of the most well respected leaders in the world and in the local community.

Other program services include business after hours which is another networking event for chamber members. The chamber is a fiscal agent for the new car dealers association in the community. The chamber is also an intermediary of gift certificate distribution between member businesses and the general public.
