Mission
The del oro junior golden eagles youth organization (dojge) is a non-profit organization aimed at giving the youth of our area (ages 5-14 years) a chance to participate in an all-play football and cheerleading program. Dojge provides a structure, safe and secure environment for children to learn important life skills. We focus on teaching the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, to encourage our youth to practice responsibility and teamwork.

Our goal is to help our youth build character, sportsmanship, and self-confidence in a fun and competitive environment. In doing so, we strive to build a strong sense of community between not just our prayers and cheerleaders, but parents the community and the organization.
Our youth cheerleading program has tripled in number of participants over the past 7 seasons and our goal is to continue to grow! We strive to help develop these young athletes to meet their full potential as a cheerleader and as positive role models & members of our community. We have been adding local competitions to our sideline season and we have taken home several 1st place banners and grand champion awards. We have also added a competition at a national level which we will continue to work towards every season. We not only coach and mentor but we also guide and encourage these athletes to have good sportsmanship and build their self confidence.
