Del sur community services council, a california nonprofit public benefit corporation ("dscsc"), was formed to promote the common good and general welfare of the residents in the del sur community and the general public through civic betterments and social improvements by providing recreational activities as well as other services to the residents and visitors of the del sur community. The recreational activities and services are designed to provide a sense of community to del sur.
