Civic leadership: the organizations goal is to provide leadership to the business community. In working towards this commitment, the organization develops strategic regional partnerships and initiatives to adance the interests of its members and secure benefits from the regional community. The organziation continues to host a series of forums in addition to the leadership reception. As an added benefit to its members and the general public, the organization arranged a series focused on economic development with distinguished speakers.

Education and community outreach: programs and partnerships have been developed to improve the overall quality of the educational systems. The organization has continued the school of government programs. It also continues to host leadership west volusia, which is done in partnership with stetson university.
