The three largest program services by expenses include lobbying, annual convention, and education. Lobbying allows the association to be proactive in governmental affairs at the local, state, and national levels of government to protect an individual's right to own, use and transfer real property, and to ensure that is membership is able to practice real estate brokerage without the burden of unfair and restrictive governmental regulations. The annual convention and educational services allows the association to support its membership through continuing education that will assist its members in serving their clients and the public.
