Delaware County Advocacy & Resource Organization

Advocacy and education programs - provide one-on-one advocacy, referrals to community organizations, parent support groups, as well as collaboration with similar mission driven organizations. Systemic legislative advocacy - work at all levels of government to influence public policy and awareness toward persons with disabilities.

Social interaction - provide outings, dances and recreational activities for persons with developmental disabilities, as well as inclusion in community events and respite.

Member services - advocacy, and education, providing one-on- one advocacy, referrals to community organizations, parent support groups and assistance in educational planning.
