Delaware Valley Youth Ultimate A NJ Nonprofit Corporation (henceforth referred to as Delaware Valley Youth Ultimate) is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. Delaware Valley Youth Ultimate's purpose is to promote the growth and development of the sport of Ultimate Frisbee in New Jersey and the surrounding areas through the sponsorship and/or coordination of recreational leagues, tournaments, education, and club team programs for people of all ages and abilities but particularly amongst youth and to ensure an equitable experience and opportunity for all, regardless of race, background, and gender.
