Delta Bay Impact (DBI) is dedicated to fostering educational enrichment and financial empowerment within our community. Through innovative programs and strategic partnerships, we aim to equip individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to thrive, while advocating for social justice and equity. We empower individuals to shape the future of our community and address educational inequities and reduce historical barriers for African American students in Contra Costa County through mentorship, advocacy, and a comprehensive support system that fosters academic success, community engagement, and a sense of belonging.
