Delta Rho Educational Foundation Of Florida Inc

The Delta Rho Educational Foundation of Florida Inc. "Foundation" was founded on April 28 2004. The Foundation's specific charitable purposes are: 1 to provide financial assistance through scholarships grants and loans to qualified individuals attending the University of Florida who are active members of or who are descendants of initiates of the Delta Delta Chapter of Kappa Sigma a national social fraternity in order to defray the costs of tuition books and student fees resulting from enrollment as students at the University of Florida; and 2 to provide and equip a library media center and multiple study halls for the active members of Delta Delta Chapter of Kappa Sigma who are enrolled as students at the University of Florida. The Foundation began soliciting donations in the fall of 2004 and has made grants and services for the purposes mentioned above. The Foundation's Board of Directors shall generally administer and direct the business affairs of the Foundation.
