To improve conditions and to develop projects and efficiencies for agricultural landowners in the greater kaweah basin region of california by engaging in activities which include but are not limited to, educating the public and engaging in activities which include but are not necessarily limited to educating the public and various agencies regarding groundwater sustainability issues and providing input on the development of a groundwater sustainability plan for the greater kaweah basin region.
