The purpose of the corporation shall be to buy or otherwise acquire, mortgage, handle and dispose of real estate and to buy, finance, build, equip, maintain, operate and dispose of a suitable building for the occupation, use, and benefit of theta eta chapter of delta zeta sorority, located at creighton university, omaha, nebraska, as a chapter house.
