Denakkanaaga Inc

Denakkanaaga holds their annual meeting each year in one of the host villages in the doyon region. There are elder delegates from each of the 42 villages that attend the 3-day event where they address elder issues, concerns and needs. Tcc youth delegates also attend this annual event under the auspices of tcc youth program. The elders pass resolutions, thereby giving direction to the staff of denakkanaaga in their program delivery services. They also hold elections for their membership board of directors and vote on where the next year's conference will be held. The staff gives their program activity reports, financial report and actions taken on the resolutions from the prior year's conference.
