Programs
5 programs
Music on Main is a premier program organized by Denison Main Street that hosts a free summer music concert. A different group plays Friday night in downtown to fortify our goal. Music on Main enables visitors to experience a variety of musical styles in a concert venue without the cost distance and obstacles. The programs staff incorporates volunteers from the community to involve them in our activities. By sponsoring the arts and promoting the program over several radio stations we draw attention to Denison Main Street from investors.
Denison Main Street maintains several yearly celebrations in addition to its two biggest programs. We finance Independence day to provide a family-oriented celebration. We also host another event called Doc Holliday that pays tribute to Denisons early boom. We have entertainers historians authors cultural exhibits tours and more.
Main Street Inc runs a program to sell bricks to individuals that are placed at the Eisenhower monument. The bricks have names of individuals that served our country.
