Works Workforce Development - The program gives hand-on training and development of soft skills necessary to gain and maintain work, as well as to expose participants to otherwise unknown career fields. In 2024 we hosted seven Summer Youth Employment Program participants and provided ServeSafe training and certification opportunities to 15 students total. Four participants received on-the-job training and certification in Landscape Management and heavy Equipment Operation.

Project Clean Water - This program creates opportunities for youth and their families to give back to the communities in which they live through environmental stewardship opportunities and community gardens. In 2024, we consulted with two municipalities and three local schools to design, build and maintain community gardens for the purpose of education and public engagement. Over 1,200 youth and their families participated in beautification efforts with the organization.
