Grants are made according to the trust agreement dated october 14 ,1949. Keybank, as trustee makes distributions as follows: 90% of netincome shall be paid in quarterly installments in equal amounts to the associated charities, university hospitals, st. Vincent charity hospital, cleveland clinic - s t jones health center, center for families and children, cleveland foundation and st. Alexis' hospital, all of cleveland, ohio to be devoted to such uses and purposes as their respective boards of trustees or other officers having charge of their financial affairs may deem wise. If any of said six last named beneficiaries shall at any time be succeeded by or merged with another organization situated in cleveland, ohio. Or vincinity, such successor organization or other organization created by merger shallstand in place of and take the share of the income of the trust estate herein provided for such succeeded or merged beneficiary; but if anyof said six beneficiaries shall cease to function
