DBSA St. Louis runs the St. Louis Empowerment Center whose mission it is to provide peer support recovery services and a sense of community to individuals in the St. Louis area who have lived experience with mental health and or substance use disorders.

Recovery Community Center- A program of DBSAs St. Louis Empowerment Center the Recovery Community Center RCC provides peer-based recovery support services to individuals with substance use disorders. The program seeks to specifically serve individuals who have lived experience with opioid use disorders as well as family members who lives have been directly affected by the opioid crisis.
Guidance for Goals Program- The Guidance for Goals program is a Peer Based Case Management program for homeless black males who have lived experience withe substance use disorders and or mental health disorders. This programs provides assistance with employment housing wellness and life skills
Guidance for Goals-Pluss Program- The Guidance for Goals program is a Peer Based Case Management program for homeless individuals who have lived experience withe substance use disorders and or mental health disorders. This programs provides assistance with employment housing wellness and life skills
