The corporation is organized for the non-profit purposes of educating the residents and visitors to the city of caldwell and surrounding area about the diverse culture, educational, scientific, civic, and athletic attractions and events available to the public in caldwell and the surrounding area; lessening the burdens of government by maintaining certain public buildings, monuments, or works; and by providing information, advice, and assistance to the residents of, and visitors to, the city of caldwell and surrounding area regarding issues related to tourism, including directions, transportation, and safety; enhancing the visitor resident experience in the city of caldwell and surrounding area through activities consistent with charitable purposes including educational programs, organization of cultural activities for the public in the city of caldwell and surrounding area, research, conferences, seminars, and other dissemination of information related to tourism, tourism economics, a

The organization continued to provide advertising and promotional support to stimulate agritourism through expansion of their program called "agventure trail". The agventure trail is a guided tour that features several local farms, ranches and wineries, many offering visitors a hands on approach to learning about the local agricultural industry. The organization also promotes "farm to fork" by connecting local farmers directly with consumers and downtown businesses, specifically through the "farm to fork" farmer's market. The farmer's market, in coordination with the idaho farmer's market association and local producers, continued expanding the availablity of fresh, local food to low-income families and the elderly.

The organization administers the downtown caldwell business improvement district with such support including the operations, promotions and programming for indian creek plaza, special projects, beautification/ increased cleanliness efforts, and marketing/promotion for the overall district. Many of the events held on the plaza support the promotion of economic development. In addition, the organization promoted new and existing businesses within the district, provided businesses with promotional resources, and promoted retail trade, and professional activities in the district and surrounding community. In partnership with the city of caldwell, the organization managed a public "wayfinding" business directory and district map project to further enhance and promote accessibility and economic development within the district.
