Mission

The mission of the museum is exclusively educational in nature and, without limitation, to educate the public, especially the younger generations, of the sacrifices and achievements of our nation's veterans, to instill in the museum's visitors a sense of pride, patriotism and the importance of the lessons of history and to perform such other functions as are customary for educational museums.

Programs

1 program

Education-orienting visitors through lectures and audio visual presentations, and providing trained tour guides to interpret the ship for the visiting public. We write and print historical publications relating to destroyer escort history, and provide outreach programs to schools and civic groups. We also run a youthgroup overnight camping program.
