The primary exempt purpose of Developing Butterflies Big Sister Program is to empower and transform young girls into confident, purpose-driven women by providing mentorship, life skills development, and community engagement opportunities. Through a structured 11-month program modeled after the four stages of a butterfly's development-Egg, Caterpillar, Chrysalis, and Butterfly-participants receive guidance, wisdom, and encouragement. Group sessions, community events, volunteer opportunities, and the unique "Real Talk" open forum are designed to foster personal growth, goal setting, and accountability, equipping them with the tools to navigate life's challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
