Child services special instruction - provides infants and toddler assistance in developing cognitive, physical and social-emotional skills necessary for the child to communicate their needs and wants and to interact with their family and peers. Physical therapy - instructs the family on how to carry, position, and play with their child and educates the family in gross motor development and expectations for each developmental stage.
