The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes as defined under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (the code), or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The specific mission of the corporation is to increase access to mental health support services to underserved and socio-economically disadvantaged populations, primarily in india and potentially in other regions where local partnerships and charitable donations will further this mission. Additionally, the corporation may conduct limited activities domestically in the united states to support this mission, primarily through grants and charitable funding to other nonprofit organizations with similar purposes.
