The corporation is organized for the charitable and and educational purposes of (i) encouraging college education for students in financial need who demonstrate acacdemic excellence by providing scholarship assistance to high school graduates who attended the cedar grove township, nj public high school and/or st. Catherine's of siena private school located in cedar grove, nj and (ii) conducting any other activities and performing any other acts which may be necessary or appropriate for the furtherance, accomplishment or attainment of the above mentioned purposes.
