The purpose of the Corporation is to engage in charitable and educational activities within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code). More specifically, and to the extent not inconsistent with the Certificate of Incorporation, the Corporations primary mission is to increase social awareness of science, technology, and research and development; to foster cooperation between U.S. and French scientists; and generally to showcase the value of science to U.S. and French communities.
