DICOBU means Development, Initiatives, and Cooperations of Burundians in the USA. DICOBU has a mission of empowering Burundian-American families by promoting wellness, unity, education, and success. DICOBU is an ethnic-based community organization of Burundians in the USA. The organization is a resource for fellow Burundian Americans to meet and learn about Burundi-related events in the USA and helps refugees and or immigrants in their successful integration in the United States of America.
