STUDENT GEARED - Offered a culturally responsive after-school program with the academic and social experiences that historically disadvantaged high school students need to successfully obtain certification and employment in the digital technology workforce. Provided engaging and high-quality teaching, challenging, and meaningful curricula, wrap-around supports, a positive program climate, nurturing strong ties to family and community in order to achieve ambitious goals for participating students.
