Tech hive (place-based activation): the midtown tech hive is digitalc's physical hub for connection, collaboration, and innovation. Located in the heart of cleveland, the 13,000-square-foot space hosts coworking, digital-literacy workshops, creative technology programs, and neighborhood initiatives that bring people together to learn and lead. As a cornerstone of digitalc's place-based strategy, the tech hive turns access into opportunity by fostering community, creativity, and shared ownership of the city's digital future.

Expenses: $687K

Click (digital skills program): click equips residents with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to thrive in a digital world. Through partnerships with schools, libraries, and community organizations, digitalc offers hands-on training that helps learners of all ages build practical skills for education, employment, and everyday life. Each participant gains the ability to navigate online spaces safely and productively, ensuring that access to technology is matched by the capacity to use it meaningfully. Click is core to digital empowerment.
