Mission
The purposes for which the corporation is formed are charitable and educational,including, for such purposes, supporting the people of ukraine in defending their country, building a thriving society, and contributing positively to the growth of democracy. The corporation will pursue these purposes by providing financial support to education and training programs in ukraine,providing humanitarian supplies and assistance to ukraine and supporting first responders and defenders of ukraine, and by making distributions to organizations located in ukraine that provide funding in support of the foregoing purposes. The purposes of the corporation shall also include informing the public in the united states about and increasing public awareness of, the importance of supporting ukraine, its citizens, as well as first responders and defenders in ukraine.
Programs

Victory Drones. In the face of Russian aggression, empowering individuals in Ukraine with the necessary skills to operate drones and drone-supporting technologies is crucial. The Victory Drones training program addresses this need by providing comprehensive instruction on the operation and management of drones, along with essential supporting technologies like effective radio communication, navigation, basic IT and cybersecurity fundamentals.
General Humanitarian Aid program. Given the wide gap of humanitarian needs in Ukraine, this program is focused on helping to address and alleviate such needs. Examples include providing Mobile Laundry and Shower Units, hygiene supplies, technology supplies, water purification supplies, and others.
