Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (PADD):Provides statewide rights related advocacy representation to persons with developmental disabilities and assistance to related programs. There were 116 information and referrals provided, 75 cases handled, and a total of 181 individuals served.

Protection and advocacy for voting access (pava):ensures full participation in the electoral process for individuals with disabilities, including assistance with registering to vote, casting a vote, and accessing polling places.
