Bulletin program: the dav publishes a quarterly bulletin to keep members informed about developments affecting the federal benefits and services they've earned. Dav brochures and other informational programs inform disabled veterans and their families of free services and assist others through dav volunteer programs.
Service to chapters: provides assistance to nine disabled american veterans chapters throughout south dakota. Conduct seminars, conferences, and conventions to provide information on benefits, programs, and services to their membership, families, and other veterans.
