Ministry through the DU Ranch transition facility to those who have been released from prison-42%. DU Ranch houses women that have been released from prison and uses classes, work and living situations to help reintegrate these women into society and reconnect with their families. The program is 3-12 months. There are also periodic training and fellowship opportunities for other women that have been released as well as for DU volunteers.
Ministry to those who have been released from prison-08%. Followup is provided for those that have been in the Discipleship Unlimited programs upon release. At release they are provided with clothes, toiletries, and a bag to carry all belongings. There are groups of ex-offenders and volunteers that meet throughout locations in Texas multiple times a year for encouragement and accountability. There is also a yearly large weekend gathering for all ex-offenders and volunteers.
