Hell on wheels royalty - hell on wheels rodeo series enhanced the event by adding a rodeo royalty program, providing a leadership program for young ladies while also providing new ways to market the rodeo. Rodeo queens fundraise for their equipment (i.e., saddle, chaps, hats), with the leftover going to a scholarship for them at the end of the program.
