Mission

Our mission is to support the discovery school.the discovery school engages families, honors children as unique beings, and inspires them to explore and construct meaning of the world around them. The discovery school hopes to engage families that share the passion for the reggio emilia approach to early childhood learning, which values the child as strong, capable and resilient, rich with wonder and knowledge. Every child brings with them deep curiosity and potential, and this innate curiosity drives their interest to understand their world and their place within it. The discovery school carefully designs learning experiences that build upon childrens natural curiosity, encourage exploration of their natural environment, and foster creative expression. The discovery preschool emphasizes the connections between children, family, and school and engages families as an active part of their childs educational experience.
