Mission
To provide assistance to the poor and homeless of Springfield and Clark County Ohio. Our significant activities include the Christmas basket program, emergency assistance program, food pantry, and Community Navigator program.
Programs
3 programs
Our Food Pantry program is open twice per week. We provide food for 3 meals per day for 3 days for each person in the household. We allow a household to return every 28 days. We also provide cleaning, paper, and personal hygiene products. We also maintain a garden to supplement the fresh produce. We served 7,190 individuals with 64,710 meals provided.
Our Christmas Basket program includes a complete Christmas dinner for all members of a household. We distributed 680 baskets, serving 1,836 individuals.
Our Community Navigator program is open four days per week. We have bilingual navigators to assist the non-english speaking members of our community with referrals for immigration services - TPS, work permits, and asylum applications, as well as food & clothing, housing, and healthcare needs, school applications, and ESL classes. We assisted 1,257 individuals.
