To encourage high school students participation in rodeo events and to encourage participation in competitive events at the state and national level sponsored by the national high school rodeo association (nhsra). This organization is organized and operated exclusively for charitable/educational/religious/scientific or other purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) internal revenue code.

To promote membership with the state and national high school rodeo associations and to provide membership opportunities to high school students.
College scholarships for graduating seniors whom have completed scholarship applications and been approved by a selected board.
