Mission
DARCA conducted conventions and workshops to educate Alliance participants offering newsletters and manuals for advocacy on water and ditch delivery issues. The organization unites water delivery systems through educational initiatives covering policy updates state priorities and assistance with funding applications. Through these efforts DARCA aims to empower participants to navigate complex water management challenges effectively. DARCA held an annual confrence and attended the state water affairs committee. Attendance at the conference was at 100 participants and the board of directors meet monthly to discuss operations and advocacy efforts for DARCA.
