GROWTH FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER Operated a community-based hub providing over 300 families with weekly access to fresh food, diapers, baby items, and culturally childbirth and lactation education. The center also hosted fitness classes, and support groups, promoting both physical and mental health for families.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & BIRTH EQUITY ADVOCACY Hosted four community baby showers, conducted maternal/infant health workshops, and partnered with local organizations to raise awareness of Black maternal health disparities. These outreach efforts built trust within the community and influenced state-level policy changes supporting Medicaid-covered doula services.
