Dog star 4 vets (ds4v) is a dsr program to recognize the contributions of those who protect and serve, whether in our communities or abroad. Veterans, active military personnel, and first responders are eligible for matchmaking services to find the perfect rescue dog based on the familiy's lifestyle, home environment, and personality. Qualified adopters receive reduced adoption fees and a training stipend.
