Dogpatch & Northwest Potrero Hill Green Benefit District

Capital projects: the organization oversees capital projects that include the creation, expansion, and improvement of public spaces parks, sidewalk gardens and other greenspaces, plazas, and pedestrian paths. The organization adds amenities such as dog runs, benches, murals and fitness equipment. The gbd completed two major projects, the minnesota flyover & potrero gateway and vermont greenway this year.

Accountability and citizen services: the organization connects and communicates with residents and businesses and advocates for their interests to the city of san francisco and california state departments and elected officials, bringing funding and other resources to the district and helping to facilitate district-enhancing projects. The organization nurtures community engagement and involvement with regular volunteer events and community events including block parties and cultural events including an annual music series.
